Am reviewing the playback quality. The video is much better as noted than the other copy I viewed entirely. However at the beginning the speech seems out of sync with lip movement by about a second.
Second am seeing sporadic blobs of faint green in the B&W. Since viewing on a color-calibrated LCD monitor (IPS for the technically inclined), is quite possibly the video. However I would not put it past Comcast internet/Windows PC/Intel integrated graphics to screw it up. Nor do I have the highest quality IPS monitors, about $500 each about 1.5 years ago.
